Problème

Sur certains véhicules munis d'un moteur PACCAR MX, le bouchon du filtre centrifuge du module à huile pourrait se desserrer, ce qui pourrait permettre au bouchon de tomber et à de l'huile à moteur de sortir du module pour se loger sur des pièces d'échappement à proximité. Le fait que de l'huile à moteur se retrouve sur des pièces d'échappement chaudes pourrait causer un incendie, endommager des biens matériels ou blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront resserrer le bouchon du filtre du module à huile et poser un dispositif de retenue secondaire sur le bouchon du filtre centrifuge secondaire.
