Issue:
On a small number of trucks equipped with a Cummins L9N natural gas engine, when the engine is lifted, the rear lifting bracket attached to the cylinder head could detach. If this happens, the engine could swing or fall.

Safety Risk:
An engine that swings or falls could create a risk of injury.

Corrective Actions:
Cummins will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a Cummins authorized service facility to inspect and, if necessary, replace the studs on the rear lifting bracket.
