Issue
On a small number of VNR Electric trucks, the power cable for the cabin coolant heater relay may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the relay could fail and the coolant heater could stay on.
Safety risk
A coolant heater that stays on could create the risk of a fire.
Corrective actions
Volvo Trucks will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to tighten the power cable on the cabin coolant heater relay.
