Issue:
On certain transit buses, the emergency exit windows could open suddenly in a crash. As a result, the emergency exit windows don't meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations.
Safety Risk:
An emergency exit window that opens suddenly in a crash could increase the risk of ejection and injury.
Corrective Actions:
New Flyer will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to inspect and replace the emergency exit window latches.
