Issue
On certain side-by-side UTVs, the steering wheel may have been damaged during shipping to the dealership. As a result, the steering wheel spokes could break while driving. If this happens, the steering wheel could separate and cause a loss of steering control. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall 2021-662. Vehicles that had the steering wheel replaced under the previous recall do not require this repair.
Safety risk
A loss of steering could create the risk of a crash.
Corrective actions
Polaris recommends that you should not drive your vehicle until this recall is completed. Polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the steering wheel.
