Issue
This recall is for certain accessory heated and cooled seat kits sold with new vehicles or sold by parts departments at Polaris dealerships. The seat kit has part number: 2884701-VBA. A layer of foam in the seats may not meet the flammability requirements of Canadian regulations.
Safety risk
In a fire, seat foam that does not meet flammability requirements could lead to an increased risk of injury.
Corrective actions
Polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle or seats to a dealer. Polaris will replace the seats at no cost.
