Transport Canada Recall - 2021383 - TEMSA

Issue:
On a small number of buses, the outer handle for the roof hatch (emergency exit) could rust and break. If this happens, it would be difficult to open the roof hatch from outside the bus.

Safety Risk:
An emergency exit that is difficult to open could increase the risk of injury in an emergency.

Corrective Actions:
Temsa will notify owners by mail and provide you with a replacement roof hatch handle and instructions for installing it. Alternatively, you can take your bus to a Temsa Service Center to have the handle replaced.
