Issue

Issue: On certain side-by-side UTV's, there is a problem with software that controls the throttle. If the engine stalls and is restarted without switching the key to the off position, the throttle may not return to idle. If the vehicle is in gear when restarted, it could accelerate suddenly. Safety Risk: A vehicle that accelerates suddenly when started could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update engine software. Polaris advises you not to drive your vehicle until the recall repairs have been completed.
