Transport Canada Recall - 2018381 - DAIMLER TRUCK NORTH AMERICA

Certain vehicles may have been built with defective Continental Conti Hybrid HS3 11R22.5 Load Range G tires. The tires were manufactured incorrectly and could exhibit a bulge or blister in the sidewall. The tires may fail suddenly causing a rapid air loss, which could cause a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Customers will be directed to have an authorized Continental Tire service facility inspect and replace the tires as necessary. Note: Affected tires have production date codes of "0918”,“1018” or “1118” on the sidewall of the tire.
