This recall involves the Swirled Taper Candle Holders and the Sofia Taper Candle Holders.

The candle holders may catch fire or burn during use which may lead to property damage and injury.
As of December 17, 2020, the company has received no reports of property damage or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 12 reports of minor property damage, and no report of injuries. There were also 2 reports of minor property damage reported in the UK.
The company reported that 257 units of the affected products were sold in Canada and 3,128 units were sold in the United States.
