Product description
The recall involves Riveted Mesh Floor lamp sold by Restoration Hardware, US, LLC between 2012 and 2019.

Hazard identified
The foot switch on affected lamps may overheat, posing a fire hazard.
As of July 7, 2020, RH has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, RH has received one report that the product's on/off foot switch caught fire, and 10 other reports of the foot switch on the product overheated. None of these reports involves personal injury or significant property damage.
Number sold
Approximately 54 units of the affected product were sold in Canada and approximately 1,053 units were sold in the United Sates.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold from November, 2012 to March, 2019.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled units and contact Restoration Hardware US, LLC in order to receive a full refund.
