Product description
This recall involves the Mirari Wee Keys®. The activity toy rattle consists of a toy alarm remote connected by a ring to an orange, purple, and green plastic key. The four buttons on the remote light up and make different sounds when pressed. The UPC code is 0-93514-07943-3.
Hazard identified
The plastic keys on the ring can enter and become lodged in a child's throat, posing a choking or suffocation hazard to young children.
Neither Health Canada nor Outset Media has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these activity toy rattles in Canada.

Number sold
Approximately 4,543 units of the recalled activity toy rattles were sold at various toy stores across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled activity toy rattles were sold from August 2013 to December 2015.
