LIVINGbasics®️ Indoor Safety Gate recalled due to injury hazard

Immediately stop using the recalled safety gate, dispose of it and contact the company for a refund.
Affected products
This recall involves LIVINGbasics®️ Indoor Safety Gate for kids and pets. The safety gate is white and features a pet gate at the bottom. The model number (LVB-SG003) and the UPC (888620094636) appear on the packaging.
Issue
Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that the LIVINGbasics®️ Indoor Safety Gate does not meet Canada’s Expansion Gates and Expandable Enclosures Regulations. The pet gate opening poses an injury hazard to young children.
As of May 4, 2023 the company has received no report of consumer incidents or injuries in Canada.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled safety gate, dispose of it in such a way that it cannot be used again and contact Shopper+ Inc. for a refund.
