The ranges are black and stainless steel in colour and are 30 inches (76.2 cm) wide. Front-mounted knobs on the recalled ranges can be activated by accidental contact by humans or pets, posing a fire hazard.
As of February 12, 2025, the company has received 8 reports of incidents and 2 reports of injuries including one minor cut and one minor burn in Canada.
