Product description
This recall involves the Kichler Elan Mini Pendant Lights. The halogen pendant lights are chrome multi-light glass cylinder pendant lights available in three models.

Date codes are comprised of a two digit month and two digit year. They may be located on the inside of the ceiling canopy and on the bottom of the original product packaging box.
Hazard identified
The light sockets can overheat, melt, or catch fire, posing a fire hazard.
As of September 11, 2019, Kichler has received approximately 10 reports of burnt fixtures, wires or sockets in Canada and 84 consumer reports of burnt fixtures, wires or sockets, including 3 reports of fixture fires in the United States. No property damage or injuries have been reported in Canada or the United States.
Number sold
Approximately 289 units of the affected product were sold in Canada and approximately 876 were sold in the United States of which approximately 750 remain in the field.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold from May 2013 to March 2015.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pendant lights and contact Kichler Lighting LLC for a replacement product.
