The item number is on the light fixture packaging. The light uses an integrated LED light source.

Issue
The glass Coda pendant light fixtures can detach from their electrical cord, causing the fixture to fall unexpectedly, posing a risk of impact injury to nearby users.
As of June 7, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the Unites States, the company has received 2 confirmed reports of fixtures detaching and no reports of injuries.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately prevent people from going under the recalled light fixtures and contact Tech Lighting to obtain a free repair kit. Consumers will need to schedule installation by a certified technician, and Tech Lighting will reimburse the consumer for the service.
