Product description
The product is a hanging ceiling light that measures 44.45 cm (17.5 inches) long with a clear glass shade 30.48 cm (12 inches) in diameter. The hanging cord measures 190.5 cm (75 inches) long.
Hazard identified
The insulation on the electrical wiring may come loose, posing a fire and shock hazard.
As of September 21, 2018, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What you should do
Consumers are advised to stop using the product immediately and to contact CB2. Consumers will be offered a choice of several UL-certified replacement model ceiling pendant lights of equal or greater value than the recalled light. CB2 will also arrange for the professional removal of the recalled light and installation of the replacement light at no cost to the consumer.
