Product description

This recall involves a grey long-sleeved cotton jacket with a full front zipper and 2 front pockets. The jacket is sized for children 3 years of age and younger. The jacket label includes the markings "CA36475" and "Style no. BS8-802".

Hazard identified

Health Canada has established that the decorative buttons on the zipper pull can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Health Canada has not received any reports of injuries related to the use of this jacket.

Number sold

325 jackets were sold at Blü retail stores and select specialized children's boutiques in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled children's jacket were sold until December 2008.

Manufactured in India.
