  • eufy RoboVac Replacement Battery Pack 5200mAh (T2937)

Issue

The battery packs can overheat while charging or soon after charging, posing a fire hazard.

As of October 13, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vacuum/battery and visit the Anker website to determine if you have an affected battery. If you have an affected battery, contact Anker Innovations Ltd. for a free replacement. ks.
