The frames of the cargo-bicycles can crack posing a potential fall hazard to consumers.
As of June 18, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or in the United States.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cargo-bicycles and contact the company to coordinate retrieval of the bicycles. The Company will provide a refund of the purchase price following retrieval of the cargo-bicycle.
