Product description
The recall involves three military-style Elite Operations toys (with the following numbers on the packaging): 3 pack Combatant Squad (Sku 577286 UPC 803516930355); Command Patrol Center (Sku 661317 UPC 803516939136); and Barracuda Helicopter with 2 figures (Sku 661287 UPC 803516939136).
Hazard identified
Surface paints on the recalled products contain lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. There have been no reported injuries.

Number sold
Number of units sold: 4 units of the 3 Pack Combatant Squad, 43 units of the Barracuda Helicopter and 5 units of the Command Patrol Center were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
Sold at Toys "R" Us stores nationwide and toysrus.com from July 2007 through October 2007 for between $10 and $30. No other Elite Operations brand military play sets are included in this recall except for Super Rigs (#1004) which was only sold in the U.S.

Consumers should immediately take the toy away from children, and return them to any Toys "R" Us for a full refund or store credit.
