Product description
The other sets included in the US recall were not sold in Canada: Command Patrol Center, and Super Rigs Transport Vehicle.
Hazard identified
These toys contain high levels of lead in the paint, which is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. Also, the toys have sharp points, posing a laceration hazard.
Number sold
Approximately 1154 units were sold at Toys "R" Us stores across Canada.
Time period sold
From September 2006 to February 2007.

What you should do
Consumers are instructed to immediately stop using the product and return the toy to Toys "R" Us for a store credit.
