Reason
Ameriwater has identified a potential problem with the Ameriwater Portable RO+ System Model MROS20, MROS21, MRO120 and MRO121 with serial numbers between 31000 and 31079. Ameriwater specified 250 Volt 15 Amp fuses, but the supplier of the motor starter mistakenly installed 32 Volt fuses in the assembly.
