Product description

The second product has all lower case alphabet letters. This product can be identified by item #4091/V931Q and UPC 621228310919.
The item and UPC numbers can be found on the back of the product packaging.
Hazard identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program revealed that the surface coating on the puzzle with upper case alphabet letters contains lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Day to Day Products is voluntarily extending the recall to include wooden puzzles with lower case alphabet letters, as the paint on these puzzles may present the same hazard.
Health Canada has not received reports of illnesses or injuries related to the use of this puzzle.
