Product description

The recall involves Kind Laundry Detergent packaged in a 1L bottle with UPC 8 3190800300 4.

Hazard identified

The recalled product does not have the proper consumer chemical labelling required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. 

This lack of labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the product and lead to serious illness, injury or death.

As of March 8, 2019 the company has received no report of incidents or injuries related to the use of this product.

Number sold

Approximately 3,626 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from January 2008 to December 2018.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return the product to Winning Brands Corporation.
