Product description

This recall involves the Izoard XP fork with serial numbers starting with LH.

Hazard identified

The fork can unexpectedly break causing the rider to fall and sustain injury.The company received one report of minor injuries in Canada.

Health Canada has not received any report of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these bicycle forks.

Number sold

Approximately 160 unitsof the recalled forks were sold at specialized bicycle retailers in Canada

Time period sold

The recalled products were sold from January 2012 to July 2012.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop riding the bike and return it to the place of purchase to have a technician examine the fork. A replacement will be provided in exchange for the recalled fork.
