Product description
This recall involves a soft, plush, multicolour feely box by Lakeshore Learning Materials. The words "What's Inside?" are embroidered on the front of the box, and pictures of a lion, flower, and purple butterfly are stitched on another side of the box. Each box contains 10 small stuffed toys of various shapes. The recalled toy is identified by item number JJ909 and the UPC code 0633682079844.
Hazard identified
The head of the pink and purple stuffed butterfly, which is one of the ten small stuffed toys described above, can detach from the body, posing a choking hazard to children.
Lakeshore Learning Materials has received three reports of the head of the butterfly detaching from the body, with no reported injuries.
Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this product.

Approximately 141 of the recalled toys were sold in Canada at schools and daycares, through the Wintergreen catalogue, and online at www.wintergreen.ca.
Time period sold
The recalled toys were sold from September 2008 to February 2009.
