Hazard identified
The recalled products do not meet the labelling requirements for consumer chemical products required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001, under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
Yamabond 5 and Yamabond 7 products pose a risk of flammability and Yamabond 6B product is combustible. The lack of appropriate labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the product and lead to serious illness or injury.
As of May 11, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

Approximately 9,069 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold from July 2010 to April 2020.
