Product description

This recall involves the following precipitators, conductivity testers, and wise lights by Simple H2O.

  • PR-1 Precipitator: dual voltage of 110V with a black case and silver rods
  • C.C.K- Electronic Dual Precipitator: 110V and gray with silver rods (model number DP-01)
  • Conductivity Tester with Light Bulb: opaque plastic
  • WiseLite: has black power cord
  • PR-2 Precipitator 2: 110 Volt compact model with black case and silver rods

Hazard identified

The recalled products have not been tested to Canadian Standards and may pose a safety hazard. Improper use could result in electrical shock.

Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these products.

Number sold

Approximately 1,970 of the recalled products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled products were distributed between April 2008 and April 2010.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China and USA.
