Product description

This recall involves various cleaning products sold under different brand names by Produits Écologiques Lemieux:

  • Deliming Solution: cleaning solution sold in a 500mL white plastic bottle with pink liquid and a white cap under the brand name "Lemieux".
  • Oven Cleaner N3: cleaning product sold in a white plastic bottle with a white cap under the brand name "N3".
  • Hydrogen Peroxide 35%: cleaning product sold in a white plastic bottle with a white cap under the brand name "Lemieux".
  • Lemon Oil: cleaning product sold in a white bottle with a white cap and no specific brand name written on the product.
  • Odour Counteractant and Air Freshener: cleaning product sold in a 369g white plastic bottle under the brand name "Attack d'Orange" with orange-coloured writing.
  • Laundry Rust Remover: cleaning product sold in a white plastic bottle with a white cap under the brand name "Lemieux".

Hazard identified

Health Canada has established that the products do not meet the mandatory packaging and labelling requirements, as required under Canadian law.

The product lacks the symbols and warnings required for consumer chemicals. This lack of packaging and labelling information may lead to serious injury.

Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these products.
