Issue
Drawstrings on children's upper outerwear may become caught on playground equipment, fences, or other objects and result in entanglement, or in the case of a vehicle, the child being dragged.
As of December 8, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately remove the drawstring and toggle from the waist of the hoodie, by cutting both sides of the cord, to eliminate the hazard. Consumer may return the product to an Urban Kids Store for a refund.
