Issue
On one RV trailer, the propane hose for the outdoor cooktop may not have been secured correctly. As a result, the cooktop can be stowed away with the propane hose still attached, and the burner(s) turned on.
Safety risk
An outdoor cooktop that is stowed away with the burner turned on could create a fire risk.
Corrective actions
Forest River will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their RV trailer to a dealership to secure the propane line.
