Issue
Under certain conditions, if the driver's seat is moved and detects an obstruction, the automatic reversal system may cause the seat to move all the way back on the seat track. If this happens, it could cause a loss of control.
Safety Risk:
A loss of control could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the seat control module software.
