Issue
On certain motorhomes, the hood stops may not have been secured properly. As a result, the hood stops could detach and separate from the vehicle while driving.
Safety risk
A hood stop that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective actions
Newmar will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and install fasteners to secure the hood stop brackets.
