On one school bus, the body panels may not have been attached correctly. As a result, the bus may not meet the joint strength requirements of Canadian regulations, and the panels could separate in a crash.
Safety Risk:
A body joint that separates in a crash could increase the risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
Forest River will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their school bus to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, add adhesive to secure the body panel joints.
