Issue:
On certain child car seats, a child may be able to pick off small pieces of foam from the headrest and put them into their mouth or nose.
Safety Risk:
A child that puts a small piece of foam into their mouth or nose could choke.
Corrective Actions:
Evenflo will notify registered owners in writing and provide you with a remedy kit and instructions to seal the bottom edge of the headrest.
