Issue:
On certain motorhomes, the bolts on the mounting brackets that secure the propane tank may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the propane tank could become loose and detach.
Safety Risk:
A propane tank that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Winnebago will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the bolts on the mounting brackets that secure the propane tank.
