Issue:
On a small number of electric buses, hardware inside the high-voltage battery pack may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the hardware could loosen and detach. If this happens, the loose hardware could cause a short circuit.
Note: This recall only affects certain LFSe+ models.
Safety Risk:
A short circuit in the high-voltage battery can create a fire risk.
Corrective Actions:
Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and arrange for a service technician to replace the high-voltage battery.
