Issue:
On one RV trailer, the water heater exhaust may not have been routed correctly. As a result, exhaust fumes and carbon monoxide from the water heater could enter the trailer.
Safety Risk:
A buildup of exhaust inside the trailer could cause carbon monoxide poisoning.
Corrective Actions:
The affected trailer has not been delivered to a customer. Forest River will instruct the dealer to replace the water heater before the trailer is delivered.
