Issue
On a small number of RV trailers, an anti-siphon vent may not have been installed between the washing machine and waste water tank. As a result, gas from the waste water tank could enter the RV.
Safety risk
Sewer gas that enters the RV could increase the risk of injury.
Corrective actions
Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to install an anti-siphon vent.
