Issue
On certain garbage trucks, the brake caliper bolts may not have been tightened properly. As a result, over time, the bolts could loosen and cause reduced braking.
Safety risk
Reduced braking can cause an extended stopping distance and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective actions
Dennis Eagle will notify owners by email and provide you with instructions for how to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the brake caliper bolts.
