Issue:
On certain buses, the passenger seat belts may not extend from the retracted position. If this happens, the seat belts can't be used.
Safety Risk:
Not wearing a seat belt can increase the risk of injury in a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Prevost will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your bus to a Prevost service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the passenger seat belts.
