Issue:
On certain garbage trucks, the side loader arm may not be properly secured. As a result, the arm could move unexpectedly while driving.
Safety Risk:
A side loader arm that moves while driving could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
McNeilus will notify owners by mail and provide you with parts and instructions for how to replace the side loader arm latch. Additionally, a McNeilus technician will update the software for the side loader arm.
