Transport Canada Recall - 2024489 - FOREST RIVER

Problem:
On a small number of RV trailers, the tire(s) could become damaged by contact with the chassis. As a result, the tire(s) could fail.

Safety Risk:
A tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:
To reduce the safety risk, Forest River advises you to unload all cargo and empty holding tanks and water tanks before towing until the recall repairs have been completed. Forest River will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
