Issue:
On a small number of RV trailers, a 30 A circuit breaker was installed on the inverter circuit instead of a 20 A circuit breaker. As a result, the wiring could overheat and melt before the circuit breaker trips.
Safety Risk:
Wiring that melts or overheats could create the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action:
Alliance RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to replace the 30 A circuit breaker with a 20 A circuit breaker.
