Issue
On certain motorhomes, the high-voltage battery relay contactors could become stuck in the closed position. As a result, the battery pack could overheat while charging.
Safety risk
A battery that overheats can create a fire risk.
Corrective actions
Jayco will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to update the high-voltage battery software. The dealer will also inspect and, if necessary, replace the high-voltage battery pack.
