Transport Canada Recall - 2024117 - FOREST RIVER

Issue: On a small number of RV trailers, the heater may have been installed too close to the ceiling. As a result, when the heater is on, the ceiling could overheat and melt. Safety Risk: A ceiling that overheats and melts could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to move the heater to a lower location. To reduce the safety risk, Forest River recommends not to use the heater until the recall repairs have been completed.
