Issue: _x000D_ On certain vehicles, the high-voltage coolant heater (HVCH) could fail. If this happens, you may experience reduced cabin heat, and the windshield defrost system may not work properly. _x000D_ _x000D_ Safety Risk: _x000D_ A windshield defroster that doesn't work may cause reduced visibility and increase the risk of a crash. _x000D_ _x000D_ Corrective Actions: _x000D_ Lucid will notify owners by email and send a wireless over-the-air software update. This software will monitor the HVCH and warn you if it detects a problem. A Lucid service center will replace the HVCH, if necessary.
