Issue:
On certain sewer cleaning trucks, the fastener securing the front hose reel may not be long enough and could disconnect. As a result, the hose reel could fall.
Safety Risk:
A hose reel that falls could increase the risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
Alamo Group has notified owners by mail. All vehicles have been repaired by a dealer.
