Issue
On a small number of motorhomes, the 120 V wiring to the roof air conditioner could be damaged by contact with the roof frame. This could cause a short circuit or electrical arcing (sparks).
Safety risk
A short circuit or electrical arcing could create the risk of a fire or injury.
Corrective actions
Triple E will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect the 120 V wiring to the air conditioner. A grommet will be installed and the wiring will be repaired, if necessary.
